You and your project manager will be in contact daily or weekly, depending on your preference.
Your project manager will accompany you to showrooms to help choose windows, doors, appliances, counter tops, flooring, lighting fixtures, bath and kitchen fixtures, door handles, drawer pulls, paint chips, railings and moldings, roofing, decking, siding, landscaping – literally every decision you need to make, the project manager will be there to help you.
The project manager also personally selects and supervises all subcontractors. He co-ordinates the entire project with the goal in mind of finishing the project on time, on budget, and to your satisfaction.
FACT: Project Managers for Rogers & Marney, Inc. have from fifteen to forty-one years of on-site industry experience.
You have total control of your project, and are kept up to date on a regular basis. Your method of preferred communication – phone, e-mail, fax or text is established early on and is adhered to throughout the project.
FACT: In addition to the project manager, you will have the direct contact information for Marc S. Zeoli, the company President. If you need him at any time, he is there for you.
As the project nears completion the Project Manager will inspect and review the project with you, and address any outstanding issues or concerns you may have.
After the project is complete, your Project Manager will continue to be your point of contact to assure that your property is maintained according to your wishes.
